Private referral sources: counselors, attorneys, social workers, individuals, ministers, elders, family members, etc.
If I know of someone who may benefit from Carpenter Place services, how can I make a recommendation?
At this time, you may contact the Carpenter Place office at 316-942-3221 and request a referral form or ask to speak to either the CEO or the Director of Program Services.
